city escape.

easy access climate control

the location allowed easy access to main attractions. i enjoyed the short walk from the train station. tea and coffee in the room were a welcome convenience after a long day, and i liked the climate control. i found the bed comfortable for a good night's rest.

the room cleaning was not automatic. i had to request it explicitly. it would be better if daily cleaning was standard. it felt slightly inconvenient.

Acceptable location, some issues

long queue leaking shower

The location suited me. It was easy to reach many attractions from the hotel.

Check-in was not smooth. It took a LONG time. I arrived and found a very long queue and many people were complaining, IT was very chaotic. The room was okay, but the shower door did not close properly, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor after each shower.
